What we keep, and what we let go
Dreamtangle is built around a simple principle: your dream belongs to you. When you submit a dream description, we send it to our interpretation service to generate your reading. Free previews are processed and immediately discarded. For paid full readings, we store your dream together with the generated report for up to 12 months so you can re-open it via the secure link in your email — only you and we have access to that link.
Voice recordings
If you use the voice option to dictate your dream, transcription happens in your browser using your device's built-in speech recognition. The audio itself is not uploaded to our servers — only the resulting text, once you submit it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number or banking details. We receive only the minimum information needed to verify and fulfil your purchase (a payment status, the plan you bought, and a payment confirmation token).
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and current reading available between pages. With your explicit consent — given through the banner on your first visit — we additionally collect anonymous product analytics and error reports to make Dreamtangle better. Both stop the moment you withdraw consent. We never run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
Under EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the use of the data we hold about you — write to appinarasolutions@gmail.com. We respond within seven days.
Children
Dreamtangle is intended for use by people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect content or information from anyone younger.

Service providers
We rely on a small group of trusted vendors to operate Dreamtangle: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI that writes your reading), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional emails), and Upstash (encrypted storage of the generated report). Each is bound by their own data-processing terms and operates in line with EU data protection law. With your consent we additionally use PostHog for anonymous product analytics and Sentry for error reports.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority for data protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) at any time. We hope you'll write to us first — but the right is fully yours.
